Technology to Support and Care for Patients

Telemonitoring is the practice of using technology to support and care for patients while they are at home. This enables the medical staff to regularly track and check on a patient's vital signs. A patient is given a monitor to examine their vital signs in order to accomplish this, per their doctor's advice.
